Why shop with Timberline?

At Timberline Decor, every product is made personal, crafted to tell your story, not someone else’s. From family names and ranch logos to anniversaries and sayings passed down through generations, we weave meaning into every blanket.

Each heirloom is woven from 100% cotton yarn on a traditional loom, designed to last for years and feel like it’s always belonged in your home. You’re not just choosing décor, you’re creating a keepsake that carries your name, your roots, and your legacy. We allow you to make your product yours.

How long does it take to receive my order?
  • Orders typically take about 2-3 business days to get personally tailored, crafted and shipped.

  • All of our products are custom made and printed-on-demand when you order. So, we do not have boxes ready to be shipped. This allows us to make the personalization to the items a customize them so that you receive a great product.

  • Orders can take up to 1-4 Business days to arrive once shipped for USA domestic orders. Orders in the U.S. typically arrive within 4–10 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

  • For international orders, delivery times vary by destination but usually range from 10–30 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates — delays can sometimes occur due to weather, customs, or seasonal demand. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.

  • If you need your order sooner for an event or as a gift, please reach out to us through our email service@timberlinedecor.com, and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on time.

  • If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately upon receiving it. We’ll do our best to provide a great solution.
How can I track my order? 
  • You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?

We occasionally offer free-shipping promotions. When active, the offer will appear at checkout or in our banners. Standard rates are always shown before payment.

Where do I enter my discount code?

You can enter your discount code during checkout, in the box labeled “Discount code or gift card.” Click Apply before completing your payment.

I received a damaged parcel, what should I do?
  • In case you received a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately. We guarantee to send you a replacement, however, since the damage happened while in transit we cannot grant any refund request as it is UPS responsibility.
